Staffordshire Commissioner Ben Adams has welcomed the government’s announcement of a new Home Office innovation centre for Stoke-on-Trent. The new case worker and asylum hub is expected to see 500 civil service roles move to the city from London by 2025, as part of the prime minister’s ‘levelling up’ agenda.
